Every Cal Coast member is automatically enrolled into our Cal Coast Loyalty Rewards program!1 You'll earn points for the accounts and services you already use—your checking account, direct deposit, loans and more. Gain additional points for new accounts opened or services used. Redeem points for rewards as you go or save them up for when you need them most. It’s just another way we like to say thank you for being part of Cal Coast.
How It Works
On the 27th of each month, you'll automatically receive points based on the accounts and services you used during the month. When you’re ready to redeem your points for rewards, simply visit a branch or call us at (877) 495-1600.
View your point balance by logging into Online Banking, Cal Coast Mobile App or on your monthly statement. Learn more on how to earn or redeem points on our printable Loyalty Rewards brochure.

The Benefits of Being a Cal Coast Member
- To be eligible for Cal Coast Loyalty Rewards, member must be in good standing. Some restrictions apply. If you are a member of the Family Rewards program, you are not eligible for Cal Coast Loyalty Rewards. To switch permanently from Family Rewards to Cal Coast Loyalty Rewards, please call us at (877) 495-1600.
